DVTEL appoints new VP of global marketing and chief product officer

Company appoints seasoned security professional to boost marketing efforts, strategic product positioning

Ridgefield Park, N.J. – January 8, 2014 – DVTEL, INC., the leading video surveillance solutions provider, has appointed Kim Loy as Vice President, Global Marketing and Chief Product Officer.

In her new role, Loy is responsible for all global marketing, product strategy and implementation activities. She will work closely with the company’s R&D team and global sales to closely align marketing goals with strategic business initiatives.

Loy is a seasoned senior executive who most recently served as the General Manager of the Global Security Business Unit and Senior Vice President, Strategic Business for Xtralis, Inc. Previously, Loy was Executive Vice President for G4S Technology Inc., where she had managed all marketing functions for G4Tec, ISS, HISEC International, G2IS, Developing Markets and AMAG Technology. During her career, she also held the roles of Director of Commercial Solutions for GE Security, Vice President of Marketing for InfoGraphic Systems and Senior Marketing Manager for Siemens. Loy has served as a member of the SIA Board of Directors, Chair of the Access Control Industry Group, and also worked on the Education and Research industry groups.
