"We are excited to have Ken join the Convergint team as we continue our rapid growth and transition to an international company,” said Dan Moceri, CEO. “Ken brings strong leadership and execution skills to extend our track record of profitable growth.”
“I am extremely excited to be joining Convergint and helping to continue its tremendous record of growth. I look forward to working with all of Convergint’s colleagues as we expand across the world through continued strategic acquisitions and strong organic growth,” said Lochiatto, who served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of WMS Industries since July 2008; and since July 2012 had served as the president and COO of WMS Gaming -- a $700 million supplier to the global gaming business.

His final role was as business leader – Advanced Communication Systems, a system integrator for the transit industry within the GE Transportation segment.
