DALLAS, April 24, 2014 – Since April 2013, AT&T’s new home security and automation service, AT&T Digital Life has expanded to 75 markets across the U.S. and earned its customers’ willingness to recommend Digital Life to others.  Starting tomorrow, to celebrate the one-year anniversary, AT&T will give new and existing customers new incentives to make it easier than ever to buy AT&T Digital Life or add home automation to existing service.

To celebrate, customers who sign up for the Digital Life Smart Security package beginning Friday will pay $0 in upfront fees, as standard equipment and installation ($249.99) will be received at no cost.**  Smart Security, an upgrade from Simple Security, offers the ability to add automation services on top of the premier 24/7 professionally monitored home security. 

In addition to $0 upfront fees for Smart Security, Digital Life is now offering installment billing,*** making Digital Life services more accessible to consumers by spreading upfront equipment costs over three payments.

Existing Smart Security Customer Promotion: 50% Off Other Devices

Digital Life is also thanking its Smart Security customers with 50% off the standard equipment cost when they add various automation packages.**** This is an opportunity for existing customers to add automation at a significant discount that will go towards door, energy and water detection packages.

Digital Life recently earned top honors at Mobile World Congress by winning the “Best Consumer Mobile Service” award at the 19th annual Global Mobile Awards ceremony.

Digital Life achieved the “CSAA Five Diamond Certification,” meaning that 100 percent of Digital Life central station operators have achieved proficiency and certification by passing the CSAA Central Station On-Line Operator Training Course. Across the industry, there are approximately 2,700 companies or central stations in the United States, which communicate and interact with law enforcement and fire and emergency services agencies.  Of this group, only 5% of central stations in the United States have achieved the “CSAA Five Diamond Certified” status.
