“The Career Pavilion is a critical resource for professionals who want to acquire tools and new skills to successfully maneuver through the rigors of today’s job market,” said W. Hord Tipton, CISSP, executive director for (ISC) 2. “The resume reviews and value sessions provide opportunities for professionals in our industry to take control of their career development.”

“There is an increased emphasis placed on the credentials of job candidates in the security sector,” said Major General Spider Marks, executive dean, University of Phoenix, College of Criminal Justice and Security. “Those with the desire to advance their careers understand the importance of education and how best to position themselves for opportunities. Taking advantage of training and resources, such as those offered at the Career Pavilion, can help individuals excel.”

Computers will be available for attendees to review available job openings on the ASIS and (ISC) 2 online career centers, as well as to create job seeker profiles, upload resumes, and view additional career resources.

The exhibit floor at ASIS 2014 will feature 600+ companies demonstrating security technology and innovations, along with cutting-edge products and services, covering more than 230,000 net square feet.
