COPENHAGEN –January 20, 2016. Milestone Systems, the open platform company in IP video management software (VMS), announces Kirsten Hoejland as the new Vice President of Global Marketing. Her responsibilities include corporate marketing, communications, and channel marketing.
Kirsten has an extensive background in marketing and business development in regional and global markets. She joins Milestone Systems from her most recent position as VP of Marketing & Communications at EG A/S, a leading Scandinavian systems integrator. She built a successful international marketing team from the ground up while the company grew from 850 to 1,600 full-time employees during her four years in the position. Prior to that, she held senior regional and global marketing roles at Microsoft and IBM.
After earning a Master degree in Marketing & Economics from Copenhagen Business School, Kirsten also completed Master classes in Strategy, Organization, and Human Resources with Henley Management College in the UK and High-Performance Leadership at IMD in Switzerland.
