Quantum Secure's SAFE Physical Identity & Access Manager

Quantum Secure’s SAFE Physical Identity & Access Manager is a browser-based software solution enabling organizations to centrally manage identities for card holders in physical access control systems (PACS) to create a single identity across the organization.
Integrated with logical ID systems, the software ensures synchronized and policy-based on/off-boarding of identities and their physical access privileges across multiple disparate security systems.
All types of identities are managed, including but not limited to part-time and full- time employees, contractors, contingent workers and visitors. Users can also manage details of a physical identity, such as biographic and biometric information, results of security checks and historical usage.
The software provides a central location to search and assign access levels to an identity across multiple physical access control systems, utilizing the existing privilege levels configured in the PACS.
Most terminations come via the automated feed from the HR database; however an urgent termination feature allows authorized personnel to immediately terminate physical access across all PACS. In addition to aggregating access level information from various systems, the user can manage additional details such as risk level, area owner, multiple approvers and prerequisites for access, such as training. The system also provides audit trails of all transactions.
