ISC West 2012 – Las Vegas, NV – March 28, 2012 – RedCloud, formerly known as PlaSec,
today announced the launch of its RedCloud Security Management Software 3.5, the latest
release of the industry's most innovative physical access control system that seamlessly
integrates with IT and logical security systems to deliver a new standard in performance,
scalability and efficiency.

The latest release of RedCloud Security Management Software has been upgraded to include elevator access control for up to 64 floors (with floor tracking) and 128 floors (without floor tracking), along with role-based alarm routing for system administrators to receive specific alerts by alarm type, facility location or time of day, and digital video integration with Avigilon's line of video recording products, allowing system users to view real-time video within the RedCloud Monitor application, associate video clips with alarm/event activity, control PTZ cameras and view live and recorded video from within the RedCloud application.

"The latest version of RedCloud SMS 3.5 continues our track record of innovation, extending the reach of our technology platform to a wider range of customers in every major market segment," said Dave Basil, CEO, RedCloud. "The features and functionality in SMS 3.5 exemplifies our pledge to continuously develop our solution portfolio and help our channel partners attain new sales and growth opportunities."

Additional security and usability enhancements include support for single sign-on capabilities
using identities stored in Active Directory, the optional enforcement of complex/strong password authentication to gain access to the RedCloud web application and the ability to perform wildcard searches within the embedded identity database. RedCloud SMS 3.5 is also integrated with Life Safety Power's NL1 module to monitor power supply diagnostics, as well as the Mercury-enabled, Aperio Hub from ASSA ABLOY, which connects with remote or offline wireless locksets like Sargent's Profile v.N2 or Incepta C2 products.

"We are excited to be partnering with top notch companies like ASSA Abloy, Avigilon and Life Safety Power," stated Terry Neely, President, Founder and CTO, RedCloud. "SMS 3.5 provides RedCloud customers with even greater performance, flexibility and integration options."

RedCloud Security Management Software is available on all of RedCloud's web-based, access control network appliances, including RedCloud Express, RedCloud Enterprise and RedCloud Virtual, all of which are exclusively available through a nationwide network of authorized integrators. RedCloud Security Management Software 3.5 is targeted for commercial availability in early April.
