Company's amplifier system includes built-in supervision technology and adjusts signal routing and level control

For over 30 years Innovative Electronic Designs LLC (IED) has set the standard for large-scale audio and visual paging systems. The Titan T9160 audio power amplifier system is the first generation of networked, DSP power amplifiers released by IED.

The T9160 is designed to provide power to the most demanding installations. This unit is capable of delivering up to 16 channels of amplification with either 200 or 400 watts including back up amplification in a housing that requires only 6RU of space. Amplifier output types can be mixed and matched including line level drivers for line array systems. The T9160 also includes the proven and industry leading, IED built-in supervision technology that monitors each amplifier and speaker for proper functionality including acoustic performance at the speaker. An embedded digital signal processor includes adjustment for signal routing, level control, parametric EQ, delay, and ambient analysis compensation. Additionally, a CobraNet compatible digital audio input and output are included for interfacing background music, paging, and remote monitoring.
