A year and a half after opening its new Memphis central station, SentryNet is focusing on the future. SentryNet leadership in this realm of the industry has poised the company to continue advancements and pioneer new services. When asked what these new services might be, Mr. Jamet smiled and said “we are very fortunate to be in the position we are in. Big things are coming, and they’ll be coming from SentryNet.”
SentryNet will continue to concentrate on growth through new dealer relationships, while supporting current dealers with a broad range of customizable services, partnerships with organizations and associations to promote industry trends and educational support coupled with the latest, most innovative technology.
“When we rolled out our SNapp app two years ago, dealers saw it as more of a bonus rather than a necessity” said Alain Jamet vice president of Operations for SentryNet. “These dealers have now come to rely on these services, and we are excited to be ahead of the curve when it comes to future developments.” He continued.
“Being one of the first central stations to employ interactivity with smartphones via an application has allowed SentryNet’s dealers a level of control that was unheard of before. It has lessened the end-user’s perceived disconnect between the dealer and the central station and improved the creditability, and sell-ability of the monitoring. We have also been providing free end-user access to these services, at whatever level the dealer assigns. When they put that type of control in front of a customer with multiple sites or a high management facility, it’s a win for everyone involved.”
