The 8003 Pacom-Edge Intelligent Security Controller is an intelligent, IP-enabled, hybrid controller that provides integrated access control and intrusion detection. Designed for advanced alarm and access control applications, it can provide support for up to two doors, each with IN and OUT readers to satisfy anti-passback needs, and 500,000 user/card capacities. Alarm capabilities offer up to eight configurable five-state inputs – expandable to 64 – and eight outputs – expandable to 32 – comprising two relays and six open collectors. The 8003 can operate stand-alone for smaller, remote environments, or can be easily incorporated into a fully integrated alarm and access control system for larger or multi-site applications.
