Aaron R. Czapiga, of HSM Electronic Protection Services, New England District, was named “2006 Professional Alarm Technician of the Year” by the Connecticut Alarm & Systems Integrators Association (CASIA). Mr. Czapiga was honored by his peers at the CASIA Annual Membership EXPO held February 23 in New Haven, CT.

According to CASIA representative Pat Shea Remes, Czapiga, a twelve-year industry veteran, received the annual award in recognition of his exceptional technical skills, superior work ethic and outstanding leadership qualities.

Tim Whall, president and chief operating officer of HSM said, “Aaron represents our company and industry well and deserves to be recognized for his commitment.”

Geoffrey M. Coburn, New England District General Manager of HSM said, “I am proud to work with such a good person, who cares so much for our company, our customers and our industry.”

Czapiga joined HSM in 2000 as Field Technical Specialist. He is responsible for project management, systems layout, installation and servicing for access control, CCTV and security and fire alarm systems.
