Tyco International has purchased Winner Security Services for approximately $90 million. Winner Security Services has been a franchise of Sensormatic Electronics Corporation working in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

The franchise had been granted to Winner Security more than four decades ago, at a time well before Tyco acquired Sensormatic in 2001. The agreement with Winner had been that they were granted rights to sell, install and service a number of Sensormatic products, and the company had been entitled to commissions on all Sensormatic products sold, installed or shipped into its franchise territories by other companies.

Sensormatic's solutions are now sold through ADT Security Services and through other Tyco partners.
