CSAA announces top honorees
The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) presented three top honors at a special presentation during the ESX Show in Nashville.
Named the CSAA Excellence Awards, honorees were selected for the Central Station Operator of the Year; Central Station Manager of the Year; and the Central Station of the Year. The awards recognize those who perform in the highest professional manner, making a significant contribution to the betterment of the industry and the alarm professional, while demonstrating exceptional service to their customers and community.
The 2008 Central Station Operator of the Year Award went to Mary Ann Ivy of Monitronics in Dallas. Selected as this year’s Central Station Manager of the Year was Anita Ostrowski of Vector Security in Pittsburgh.
Alarm Detection Systems in Aurora, Ill., was lauded as Central Station of the Year. Alarm Detection Systems is owned by industry veteran Robert Bonifas.
