The Brink’s Company announced Monday that it has finalized a spin-off of its home security business, Brink's Home Security, from its’ armored transport division, making the two separate business entities.

According to a statement issued by the company, Brink's no longer holds shares of BHS, which has already begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange as an independent firm.
