Company named North American Radio Solutions Dealer of the Year

July 24, 2012: Dallas, TX — BearCom, a nationwide provider of wireless communications equipment and solutions, has been designated the North American Radio Solutions Dealer of the Year by Motorola Solutions in special recognition of BearCom’s performance in 2011.

BearCom’s President & CEO, Jerry Denham, learned of the honor at a recent gathering of Motorola channel partners and resellers. He said the designation recognizes the efforts of BearCom employees across the country who have helped take the company’s relationship with Motorola to new heights. “We’re especially pleased by this recognition because of what it says about our core business—two-way radios—and because it comes from such a valued vendor,” Denham noted. “Motorola Solutions is a special organization, and 2011 was a special year that resulted from a true team effort.”

Along with the North American Radio Solutions Dealer of the Year designation, BearCom also was named a Motorola Solutions Empower Circle winner for 2011. This prestigious honor recognizes select Motorola channel partners for outstanding performance. BearCom was one of only 100 companies around the globe selected for Empower Circle recognition.

Empower Circle honorees successfully achieved a key performance benchmark in 2011, such as the highest percentage revenue growth over plan, the greatest year-over-year revenue growth, or the highest percentage growth within a peer group. Winners also met one or more objective goals, including effective inventory management, successful solutions integration, or close collaboration with Motorola.
