Feenics Heads to PSA-TEC 2017

Feenics EVP Paul DiPeso to deliver educational session to systems integrators at leading industry conference sponsored by PSA Security Network

Westminster, Colo.— PSA-TECMay 7-11, 2017—Feenics Inc., a leading provider of cloud-hosted access control and a PSA Security Network Vendor will participate in PSA-TEC 2017, May 7-11 in Westminster, Colo., drawing on the momentum from recent security industry accolades and educating systems integrators on the advantages of flexible and scalable cloud-computing solutions.

Feenics launched its enterprise Keep by Feenics platform earlier this year, winning the prestigious Security Industry Association New Product Showcase (NPS) award in cloud computing and a Most Valuable Product (MVP) accolade. The newest version of Keep V3 provides extreme scalability, unprecedented flexibility and advanced security in a cloud-based Access Control as a Service (ACaaS) solution. Keep V3 integrates native visitor management and a RESTful API that allows systems installers simple integration of a wide array of complementary systems and open hardware devices, generating new revenue streams while creating a path for customers to lower their total cost of system ownership. Feenics will demonstrate Keep during exhibit hours on Wednesday, May 10 at stand A29.

On Monday, May 8 at 2:15 p.m. Executive Vice President Paul DiPeso will lead the session: “Specifying the Cloud -The Consultant Conversation.” The session will outline a successful integrator-consultant discussion of cloud computing, highlighting benefits of the technology such as hardware and data accessibility. DiPeso will also focus on economies of scale inherent in ACaaS cloud products, affordability and latent cybersecurity included in these solutions.

“We’re looking forward to PSA-TEC 2017, the preeminent conference for leading systems integration companies and to solidifying the messaging on why cloud computing is critical to the future of these companies and their ability to generate healthier and more profitable recurring monthly revenue (RMR),” said DiPeso. “It’s vital that these companies understand the value proposition, how to sell it properly and how it provides cost and labor savings in the ability to quickly scale up security and access control specifications.”

By leveraging the scalability and open standards of a RESTful API, Keep enables customers to use one simple code for rapidly incorporating video, intrusion detection, internet of Things (IoT) applications, building automation, third-party applications, and other systems.

“ACaaS is a tangible and highly attainable opportunity for integrators to grow their RMR by delivering physical access control systems (PACS) in a subscription-based service,” DiPeso added.

Hosted by the public cloud Amazon Web Services, Keep significantly minimizes costs through simple, maintenance-free and automatic upgrades, patches, disaster recovery and back up. It also eliminates the need to purchase costly software or hardware and minimizes training required to maintain the system. Keep fits into the new world of connectivity with the loT, where connecting applications needs to be as straight forward and simple as possible.
