Cooper Wheelock Announces New Vice President and General Manager

Kenneth V. Camarco responsible for leading the growth strategies of Cooper Wheelock in international markets

Cooper Wheelock - Kenneth V. Camarco was named vice president and general manager, Cooper Wheelock, in September 2006, reporting to Grant Gawronski, vice president, International Operations. In this position, Camarco is responsible for leading the growth strategies of Cooper Wheelock in international markets.

Prior to this position, Camarco was vice president, Business Systems, for Cooper Industries, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the overall vision and strategy for Cooper's business systems information technology infrastructure in support of the Company's worldwide growth strategies. He was named to that position in January 2003.

Camarco has also served as vice president, Strategy & Logistics for Cooper Power Tools where he was instrumental in the successful implementation of SAP technology in the Cooper Tools organization. He joined Cooper in 1985 through Cooper's Manufacturing Development Program where he initially served at the Cooper Crouse-Hinds division in Syracuse, N.Y. Camarco has held a number of engineering, operations and product management positions within Cooper. Camarco holds a BS degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University and has done post-graduate work at both Wright State University and Syracuse University.
