DEL MAR, Calif. -- Homeland Security Technology Inc. announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Thin Air Technology, LLC (TAT) to design, market and coordinate security systems for homeland security markets including commercial, residential and government clients.

Thin Air Technology, LLC has installed security systems for some of the leading retail chains in the country and has the technology, manufacturing and financial capability to provide security systems on a nation-wide basis for Fortune 1000 companies. Target markets will include remote surveillance systems for financial institutions, ATM networks, convenience stores, retail chains, fast food outlets and other multi-facility organizations. TAT's proprietary monitoring system, ActiveEYE Security, is a web based remote surveillance system allowing management to remotely view operations from anywhere in the world via secure server technology. Features include pan and tilt cameras, night optics, audio interactivity and compressed, archiveable storage capability with instant retrieval.

"TAT's technology fills a much needed void in the security industry. Having the technological capability to remotely monitor multiple facilities from one location has tremendous advantages over systems where the data is stored in each individual site. Reducing the terrorism threat, controlling employee shrinkage, reducing theft, vandalism and crime are huge concerns in corporate America. The ActiveEYE technology is a cost-effective solution to mitigating the damage and economic loss associated with these security risks. Installing ActiveEYE technology reduces the need for human intervention and substantially reduces the cost of incorporating the latest security technology into corporate and government security management," commented Mark Wilson, HST, Inc.'s Global Security Expert. "HST, Inc has begun discussion with the largest coffee retail chain in the U.S. and numerous multinational fast food chains. We are look to formalize these negotiations in the near future," concluded Mr. Wilson.
