He is a board-certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) practitioner with experience across the healthcare, education, aviation, critical facilities, corporate, and government sectors.

Connie holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Louisville.
In addition to her executive career, Connie is actively involved with several industry trade groups, including TMA, ASIS, and SIA.
