Geutebruck announces update to its G-Core video engine

July 6, 2016
New release slated to take place during the second half of 2016

G-Core, Geutebruck's video engine, is coming out with a new release in the second half of the year. The associated performance increase of HighSpeed MOS also helps to improve ease of use further. Searches for movements in the defined image field are appreciably more efficient with the new G-Core release.

There are also improvements to the camera range: Effective immediately, 4K and fisheye cameras in the Geutebruck E3 series can be operated in secure HTTPS mode using encryption. In addition, significantly more third-party cameras are supported. The issue of security against manipulation of exported video images was also a focus. When exported, a range of formats receive an authentication key by default, so that they can be checked for authenticity with G-View.
