Charles "Chuck" Randolph is Senior Vice President for Strategic Intelligence and Security at 360 Privacy, bringing over 30 years of expertise in corporate, intelligence, and military operations. In the private sector, Chuck previously served in executive roles at Microsoft, Ontic, and AT-RISK International, spearheading global risk management, executive protection, and intelligence strategies. He specializes in converging cyber and physical security to enhance organizational resilience.
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Chuck earned recognition for valor during combat operations in Afghanistan and led pioneering Information Operations initiatives throughout his military career.
Chuck is deeply engaged in advancing the security profession, serving as co-founder and past President of the International Protective Security Board (IPSB), Chairman Emeritus of the Corporate Executive Protection Leadership Council (CEPLC), former board member of the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals (AIRIP), and Chair of the Sam Houston State University's (SHSU) Critical Infrastructure Research Forum (CIRF). He has actively contributed to numerous industry committees and working groups, shaping the dialogue on risk intelligence, critical infrastructure, and security leadership. Chuck is also a recognized speaker and published author in the field.

Edward M. Levy is Director of Critical Infrastructure at NOBLE Supply & Logistics and a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than three decades of security leadership experience. His corporate career includes senior security positions with Lone Star Funds, MetLife, Thomson Reuters, Pfizer, CIT Group and the Empire State Building. During more than 21 years of military service as a military police officer, he held key command and staff assignments in the United States and Europe, including three years at the Pentagon working on Army antiterrorism and security equipment programs.
Levy has contributed to industry dialogue on critical infrastructure protection, risk management and the convergence of physical and cybersecurity. He is a member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council’s Europe Regional and Cybersecurity committees and has helped facilitate collaboration between the two disciplines. In 2023, he moderated the OSAC New York City Summer Conference, which addressed international security, cyber-physical risk and the challenges facing U.S. organizations operating abroad.
Levy is a graduate of Western Carolina University, the University of Oklahoma, the FBI National Academy, the Army Command and General Staff College and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Senior Executive Leadership Program. He has also served in leadership and committee roles with the Overseas Security Advisory Council.

Shane Steward

Shane Steward is Executive Protection Manager for ExxonMobil, where he leads global executive protection operations and is responsible for the personal and professional security of senior leadership traveling domestically and internationally across a wide range of threat environments.
Steward brings more than 27 years of law enforcement and corporate security experience to his role. He spent 15 years in law enforcement, serving as a police officer, detective, tactical operator and sergeant in West Texas before becoming a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service. During his Secret Service career, he conducted investigative, protective-detail and counter-assault operations domestically and internationally in support of Presidents, Vice Presidents and foreign heads of state.
He transitioned to the corporate security sector in 2006 as a security advisor for a Fortune 50 company and subsequently developed extensive experience in global oil and gas security and executive protection. He is also a member of the Corporate Protection Leadership Council.
Steward serves as Vice President of the International Protective Security Board (IPSB), where he is active in advancing professional standards, education and leadership within the executive protection community.
