September 11, 2023 – The registration deadline is nearing for the Security Executive Council’s 10-week online Next Generation Security Leader (NGSL) GSOC Course.
The course will offer security leaders expert guidance on developing, maintaining, aligning, and optimizing global security operations centers (GSOCs). Instructors include SEC subject matter experts and current security practitioners from companies including Delta Air Lines, Zoom, Dell, Coca-Cola, Comcast, Equifax, Amazon and more.
Each 90-minute module will be broadcast live and recorded for participants. Topics include regulatory considerations, GSOC service models (including job categories and compensation), concept of operations and master planning, integration, risk intelligence and stakeholder communications, emergency preparedness and critical incident response, GSOC performance and value metrics, corporate and cyber security interface, and case studies.
Those who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education Credit where applicable.
