March 5, 2024 – Security Executive Council (SEC) strategic alliance partner The Foushée Group is now inviting organizations to participate in the 23rd annual Security and Compliance Compensation Survey.
The Security and Compliance Compensation Survey is the only compensation research report for security positions. It provides detailed compensation information for more than 78 executive, management, professional and technical security positions, drawn from more than 100 companies.
Corporate security practitioners can use this information to negotiate competitive compensation for themselves or their teams, to help develop compensation packages that will attract top security talent, and to inform job descriptions and compensation ranges for new security job postings.
Security leaders who wish to participate in the survey should partner with their Human Resource group to discuss requirements and pull the necessary data. Only official, verified compensation files are accepted. The survey and report adhere to both the spirit and the letter of the U.S Department of Justice’s Safe Harbor Guidelines for appropriate and legal collection and reporting of compensation data.
