    Genetec's AutoVu 4.3 is the newest version of its IP license plate recognition solution. New features and functionalities include real-time alarming and e-mail notification, color, sound and priority assignment to hotlists, covert hit notification, wild-card hotlists, permit sharing and long-term overtime. Real-time alarming and e-mail notification quickly informs assigned recipients of matched license plates. The system can also detect and notify a parking officer when two vehicles with the same permit have been seen on campus or on a street within a configured timeframe.
