Seven New ECCs Go Live with TMA ASAP-to-PSAP

Launched in 2011 as a public-private partnership, TMA’s ASAP service is designed to increase the accuracy and efficiency of calls for service from alarm companies to Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs).

May 9, 2023, McLean, VA – The Monitoring Association (TMA) has welcomed seven new Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs) to the list of its Automation Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP-to-PSAP) users in 2023. The latest additions bring the total nationwide total to 127.

Launched in 2011 as a public-private partnership, TMA’s ASAP service is designed to increase the accuracy and efficiency of calls for service from alarm companies to Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs).

The seven new ECCs (in order by live date) are:

  • Snohomish County, WA [#121, Live 1/23]
  • New River Valley (Montgomery County), VA [#122, Live 2/23]
  • Genesee County, NY [#123, Live 3/23]
  • Deschutes County, OR [#124, Live 3/23]
  • Fairfax County, VA [#125, Live 3/23]
  • Henry County, GA [#126, Live 4/23]
  • El Paso County, CO [#127, Live 5/23]
