Alliant is the General Services Administration's (GSA) largest government-wide acquisition contract.
John Gregorits, Vice President for QinetiQ's North America IT Services Group National Program Office and Alliant Program Manager, will be assisted by an Alliant Business Development Council and three experienced Deputy Program Managers responsible for three critical program areas: business development, business operations and project financial control, and quality control.
-- Stan Joosse will chair the Alliant Business Development Council. An experienced executive with 25 years of business development and program management experience in the IT industry, Mr. Joosse will coordinate and direct the Council's efforts to bring business to the Alliant vehicle. -- Rosanne Satterfield, Deputy Program Manager for Business Development/Marketing, leads Team ITS Alliant marketing initiatives (including tradeshows and government-industry conferences) and supports business opportunity capture management through direct involvement and capture management training. She brings 20 years of business development and marketing experience to the Alliant team. She has dedicated the past 10 to developing GSA business at ITS, establishing key GSA and end-user agency relationships. -- Brad Mitchell, Deputy Program Manager for Business Operations/Project Control, is responsible for program financial management and task order financial control. He brings 10 years' experience in federal government task management, the past five on GSA contracts and tasks. His expertise in financial management was developed during a progressive ITS career as a GSA ANSWER Group Manager, contracts administrator and Corporate Controller. -- Karen Hicks, Deputy Alliant Program Manager and Deputy Manager for Quality Control, will oversee the task order request for quote and proposal process. She will also monitor task order execution (including quality assurance deliverable reviews), and task order and contract reporting. Ms. Hicks has over 20 years' experience leading implementation and control of large-scale complex IT development lifecycle projects where she established project quality assurance plans, and measured, monitored and reported all project metrics.
