(OTC Bulletin Board: UBDE), announces that it will be exhibiting and attending the International Association of Emergency Managers 2007 Annual Conference in conjunction with the Emergency Management and Homeland Security Expo (http://www.iaem.com) in Reno, Nevada on November 11th through the 14th.

More than 1,500 emergency management professionals convened in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center for the IAEM 2006 Annual Conference. The majority of the attendees are purchasers or specifiers for their jurisdictions, to include disaster planning and preparedness managers, response coordinators, emergency communications managers, private industry contingency planners, and contract services providers.
