ICx Technologies Fido(R) PaxPoint (TM) System Selected by TSA to Detect Potentially Threatening Liquids at Airports

WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICx Technologies, a developer of advanced technology solutions for homeland and military security, announced today that it was awarded a new contract with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for the delivery of 200 Fido(R) PaxPoint(TM) handheld detection systems.

PaxPoint is a hand-held detector used in airport environments that is capable of screening bottled liquids and detecting certain classes of potentially dangerous liquids and emanating vapors, even through sealed bottles and other containers
