COLUMBUS, Ohio , June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Aegis MEP has formally changed its name to Mission Essential Personnel, effective immediately.
Chad Monnin , Mission Essential Personnel Chief Executive Officer said, "Although we are only eliminating Aegis from the name, the change has a much larger impact. When we launched the company in 2004, security was one of the four primary business units, and as such, we chose "Aegis" as a name due to the Greek origins of protection and guidance."
