AUGUSTA, Ga. , May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ESi has released a new GIS product that is free for all WebEOC(R) 7 license holders. The new application, WebEOC(R) Mapper Lite, integrates online mapping with WebEOC to spatially display information associated with WebEOC status boards.
WebEOC Mapper Lite provides quick and easy mapping in WebEOC, including built-in street and satellite maps and built-in address location. With WebEOC Mapper Lite, users can view real-time data from WebEOC status boards as points on a map with point colors that reflect each item's status. For example, a shelter status board can be built to track location and status of each shelter within a jurisdiction. When a map is brought up from within the shelter status board, a point is displayed for each shelter. Each point could be green or red, to reflect whether each shelter is open or closed.
