VUANCE Ltd. Moves Corporate Headquarters to the United States

(Nasdaq: VUNC; Euronext: VUNC), a leading provider of incident management and active RFID solutions to homeland security, public safety, commercial, institutional and governmental markets, today announced that it moved its corporate headquarters to McLean, Virginia in order to better serve the U.S. market. It has also retained Target 3 Communications, a New York- based investor and public relations firm, to assist in providing effective communications with investors and strategic business partners.
