AGTFederal Unveils Mobile Site Communications Trailers

KENNESAW, Ga., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Guard will take delivery of the first of 32 mobile site communications trailers as part of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) program to support homeland defense, homeland security and emergency response. The units were integrated by AGTFederal, a leader in emergency response communications and the mobile and fixed communications division of Applied Global Technologies (AGT). These complete command and control communications trailers will be used by individual National Guard states. Key members of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) as well as executives from AGTFederal will be available during the planned delivery event at AGT facilities in Kennesaw, GA on Tuesday March 11th . At this time, press will have the opportunity to discuss these advanced communications systems, walk through the systems and experience the usage and application of these systems first hand.

These communications systems are capable of deployment on the ground, by sea or by air and enable federal, state and local first responders to maintain open lines of communications during man-made or natural disasters, including hurricanes, terrorist action or infrastructure breakdown.
