Under the task order, SiloSmashers will support USCIS TPO in achieving its mission of transforming agency-wide businesses processes. USCIS, an agency in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), implements U.S. immigration policy through the adjudication of immigrant and non-immigrant benefits, including citizenship.
SiloSmashers will provide support services for the TPO in the areas of Program Management Operations, and Oversight; Assessment and Planning; Program and Project Management Analysis and Implementation; Contract Management and Administration; Public Relations, Communications and Outreach; and Organizational Change and Training. SiloSmashers will also function as a catalyst for the referenced tasks by ensuring each work product is comprehensive. This will be accomplished by providing the necessary analytical tools and techniques to ensure the TPO has continual progress towards the implementation of Transformation Program initiatives.
