Secure Global Solutions, LLC was formed in November 2006, to develop technology for the alarm industry. Our founders and shareholders include the original organizers of Monitoring Automation Systems (MAS - sold to GE in 2003) and the product designers for MASterMind and MASweb. From our experience over the past 20 years, we have learned about relevant technologies and challenges of integrating systems into a single platform. In 2007, SGS acquired a company pioneering solutions in network security and creating communications solutions for a major city. Today, the SGS Mequon, WI office provides all development of communications products including: Connect (front-end signal processor); SMS gateway; IVR (inbound & outbound), and Smartphone Integration. The same group develops all of the CTI integration services and call recording integration. As part of the acquisition, SGS took possession of a 24/7 operation staffed with IT security & communications experts. The Mequon Network Operation Center (NOC) is the backbone for rapid response to customer requirements. Located in a high-end data center, SGS Mequon has dual sonet ring providers in a hardened facility to assure support. Hosting services can additionally be provided in a secure facility.

Secure Global Solutions’ Network Navigator

Product From Secure Global Solutions

Secure Global Solutions announces the release of the Network Navigator, a plug-and-play solution for creating secure remote access and monitoring network performance and devices.

Less than 10% of the 15 trillion IP devices installed on networks are monitored. At a fraction of the cost of competing monitoring systems, the Network Navigator is an affordable solution to all network monitoring needs. The Network Navigator will monitor and send notifications of network anomalies before minor problems become disasters. A Navigator Controller head-end appliance or VMware solution acts as the connector for users and field Network Navigators.
