John Driscoll is the associate director of police, security and outside services at Massachusetts General Hospital. He provides security operations for a busy emergency department and level 1 trauma center that sees over 95,000 patient visits a year. John has over 25 years of security management experience. He is a Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA), as well as a certified instructor in crime prevention and community policing. John is currently the New England and New York Regional Chairperson for the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety and active member of the Membership Council. He is a past member of the board of directors for the International Healthcare Security and Safety Foundation and has previously held state and chapter chairperson positions.
