Law Enforcement and Business Continuity Summit

The Fourth Annual Law Enforce ment and Business Continuity Summit which will be held on September 27, 2012 at the Home Depot Store Support Center. The Summit is co-sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Chapter of AS IS International, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Georgia State University’s Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE), the United States Secret Service-Atlanta Field Office, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office-Northern District of Georgia, in partnership with The Home Depot. This day-long and highly informative summit will ad dress the latest international, national, regional and local threats to law enforcement, businesses, security and our local communities. This year’s program will focus on Cyber Crime and Cyber-Terrorism. Experts from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, National Cyber & Communications Integration Center, Swan Island Networks, and other corporate and law enforcement experts will define the problem and its impact on corporations, law enforcement, property managers and private security, and will address what the public and private sectors can do to handle the consequences associated with this issue. The briefing is free but space is limited. Georgia POST Training and Georgia Chiefs’ Credit Hours (7) will be awarded. ASIS recertification points will be awarded.
