Company expands New Jersey operations and accounts

Supreme Security Systems Inc., of New Jersey, has acquired New Jersey-based alarm dealers CWR Security Systems Inc., and Homeguard Alarm Systems Inc.

CWR Security Systems Inc., is a residential, commercial and industrial security company with over 30 years of experience serving Monmouth and Ocean counties. With almost 500 accounts, the purchase of Homeguard Alarm Systems adds valuable depth.

Barry Gulino, the former President of CWR, will be joining Supreme as Senior Account Manager. Gulino brings expertise and a familiarity with Point Pleasant, Brick, Red Bank, Sea Bright and many other locations on the Jersey Shore to Supreme. In his new role with Supreme, Gulino will maintain and grow relationships with customers while pursuing growth opportunities.

“We are pleased to become a part of the Supreme family, a company like ours that has strong family values behind it,” Gulino commented. “The people at Supreme are dedicated, hardworking, and have the good of the customer at the heart of their work.”

Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group assisted Supreme Security Systems in its acquisition of CWR and Homeguard. The acquisition will bolster Supreme’s retail security presence and position the company very well throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Both CWR and Homeguard Alarm Systems customers will experience no interruption in their alarm monitoring service, and none of the changes associated with the transition will affect the operation of the alarm systems.
