Screeners to begin using metal-detecting wands

GREEN BAY, Wis. --

Attending a Packers game at Lambeau Field may now feel a little like going to the airport.

Beginning Sunday, screeners will now be using metal-detecting wands similar to the Transportation Security Administration to scan fans.

Fans will also be patted down if necessary.

"You don't need to bring everything with the kitchen sink. Just bring yourself," Green Bay police Lt. Kevin Warych said.

The NFL ordered all 32 teams to put the enhanced security measures in place.

Fans should arrive early to allow themselves extra time to get into the game.
