The Smart Card Alliance announced Thursday its board members for 2009, as well as its executive committee.
Elections for the alliance’s executive committee, which helps guide the organization’s board for the upcoming year, were held earlier this month at its conference in Washington, D.C. Greg Garback, of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, will again serve as the committee’s chair.
Among others elected to the committee include:
• Vice Chair- Neville Pattinson, Gemalto
• Treasurer- Robert Merkert Sr., CardLogix
• Secretary- Linda Brown, Infineon Technologies
• Assistant Treasurer- Willy Dommen, Booz Allen Hamilton
• Technology Vice Chair- Roger Roehr, Tyco International
Newly elected and returning board members include:
