Michael R. Cummings, director of loss prevention services for Aurora Health Care, has been elected to succeed Catepillar Director of Global Security Timothy L. Williams as President of ASIS International, the organization said Friday as it announced its board of directors for 2009.
Both Cummings and Williams, who now becomes ASIS chairman of the board, will serve on the Board Management Committee, according to a statement issued by the organization.
Among the board’s other members include President-elect Joseph R. Granger of United Space Alliance, Treasurer Raymond T. O’Hara, senior vice president of Andrews International, and Secretary Eduard J. Emde, manager consultancy for Interseco.
The newly elected board members will take office on Jan. 1.
