Following the NBFAA Business Focus event held this past June in Indianapolis, the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association is partnering with a leading security products distributor and sales/management consulting firm The Summit Group to offer business training courses.
The one-day business training programs will be presented by the NBFAA and will be held at Tri-Ed Distribution locations around the country. Topics range from improving business bottom lines to sales and customer service training. Attendees will earn CEUs from the NBFAA's National Training School.
According to the NBFAA, the content of the sessions is appropriate for owners, sales managers and customer service representatives, as well as installers.

â€¢ Sept. 19 at Tri-Ed Milford, Conn.
â€¢ Oct. 2 at Tri-Ed Garden Grove, Calif.
â€¢ Oct. 16 at Tri-Ed Dallas, Texas
