Norbain SD Limited has acquired much of the assets of CCTV security products distributor PTS Security based in Derby, England.
As part of the acquisition, PTS Security will no longer sell Pelco video surveillance products, though it will continue to provide service and warranties for contracts already established. Prior to the acquisition by Norbain, PTS Security existed as a leading Pelco distributor in the U.K. The sales and marketing staff at PTS Security will join Norbain immediately.
