Integrator Support, a Colorado firm that provides technology and financial services for security dealers and integrators, is pushing what the company says are new recurring monthly revenue (RMR) streams for security integrators.
The company announced recently the offering of an interactive video monitoring service that would allow for remote guarding and video tours. The packages are designed to delivered online, and while Integrator Support delivers the back-end, the branding and billing and RMR are all handled by the dealer/integrator, allowing for a turn-key style approach to video monitoring.
Integrator Support also unveiled an equipment leasing program. The program gives security technology resellers the chance to offer clients the ability to lease or finance technology purchases, and according to Integrator Support's President Jim Taylor, that ability to finance or lease the equipment can remove stumbling blocks to system sales.
To support the company's programs for resellers, IS has put business-side tools like price quotes, sales literature and project management systems online, which Taylor says is "making it easy for integrators to do business with us."
