NSCA offers regional project management classes

April 8, 2008
Classes focus on project management and estimating

The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) will be hosting a number of business related courses in Anaheim, Calif., this spring. With topics including Project Management for Owners, Estimating of Systems Projects and Advanced Project Management, the classes are designed for business owners and managers to educate themselves on how to improve their firm's processes.

The instruction comes from Nadim Sawaya, an NSCA instructor and president of Enterprise Performance Consulting.

According to Dan Boylan, president of Southern Business Communications, the value of project management can't be overstated. Boylan said his firm had gaps in project management skills and has worked in the past with Sawaya and the NSCA to do tailored training for his business.

The classes currently scheduled include:

April 29, 2008 — Project Management for Owners, Anaheim, California
April 30, 2008 — Estimating of Systems Projects, Anaheim, California
May 1-2, 2008 — Advanced Project Management, Anaheim California
