Video surveillance company grows sales force as market shifts from analog to digital

IndigoVision isn't slowing down in 2007, the company said on Wednesday. The company, whose U.S. office are located in Hoboken, N.J., said that it plans to increase the size of its sales force globally. IndigoVision cited preliminary financial results for its fiscal year, which ended on July 31, as the reason for expanding the IP video and alarm management company's sales foce.

Oliver Vellacott, IndigoVision's CEO attributed the growth to the "shift from analog CCTV to digital", and noted that the company's worldwide sales team has already increased from four persons to 26 person in the last two years.

The company's digital video surveillance products have found homes in a number of high-profile projects, from recent Olympics to the 2006 World cup.
