Minneapolis, Minn. - January 29, 2007 - SecurityNet member VTI Security (VideoTronix Inc.) and Minneapolis-based Parallel Technologies have entered into a partnership to cross sell their services within the expanding IP convergence marketplace.
Parallel Technologies is a provider of networking services and solutions, including wiring infrastructure, professional services and IP convergence to Global 3000 companies. VTI Security is a leading national provider of electronic security systems and services to commercial, industrial, educational, government and financial services clients.

The combined resources of the two companies will be offered to current key accounts for both clients. Technical expertise will be shared internally between both companies, lunch-and-learn sessions on convergence will be offered to strategic engineers, consultants and design firms and the two companies may explore the expansion of their geographic offices into new markets.
