IP-based access control company makes home in Bellevue, Wash.

Paxton Access, a company that has been providing networked access control systems, has been slowly making in-roads into the U.S. market, and the company announced this week that it has located a new headquarters in Bellevue, Wash.

U.S. spokesperson Anthony Searle, senior account manager, said he hoped that "our investment in premises reflects our commitment to American security companies."

Searle added that the company is currently focused on creating a distribution network in the United States. The company's chief product has been the Net2 networked access control system.
