Following assault by patron that broke his leg, man was thrown outdoors by guards

A local man is suing the Raven nightclub and its bouncers because he claims the bar's lack of security allowed him to be assaulted May 14, and its bouncers threw him out the front door with a broken leg.

Thomas Lange claims on May 14, William Martin (aka Billy Martin, according to the suit) of Ravenna broke Lange's leg when Martin assaulted Lange.

After Martin broke his leg, Lange claims two unknown bouncers (John and Jack Doe, according to the suit) ``dragged him from the bar and threw him out the front door'' -- an action Lange claims exacerbated his injuries.

He's seeking an amount greater than $25,000 not only from Martin, but the Raven's owners -- Renee and Steven Webster.
