International Firms Expand Operations at Airpark Business Center in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Duke Realty Corporation announced that Iwata Bolt USA, Inc. and Meiko, USA are expanding their operations in the Airpark Business Center. Japanese fastener manufacturer Iwata Bolt doubled its capacity to approximately 26,000 S.F. in Airpark IV. Germany's Meiko, one of the world's largest makers of commercial dishwashers, expanded its space by 12,000 S.F. to more than 29,000 S.F. in Airpark IX.

"It is a positive sign for Nashville's economy when respected international firms such as Iwata Bolt and Meiko are nearly doubling their operations," said John W. Nelley, Managing Director of Duke Realty's Nashville Operations. "This internal growth of existing tenant operations is highly desirable and is a reflection on Duke Realty's ability to anticipate the needs of our clients and provide flexible solutions for growth."

Duke Realty's Airpark Business Center is a 1.2 million S.F. mixed-use business environment located near the Nashville International Airport and Interstates 24, 40 and 440. Lonnie Russell represented Duke Realty in both transactions.
