SIA, NBFAA and CSAA Plan Tri-Association Awards Dinner

May 12, 2005
Event to be held in New York during ISC East

The Security Industry Association (SIA) joins with the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) in hosting the 2nd Annual Tri-Association Awards Dinner. Scheduled for Wednesday, August 24, 2005, the 2005 event, themed The Thomas Crown Affair, will be held at the Three West Club in New York, New York from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Individual tickets are $250. Special table pricing is available. A portion of each ticket will be donated to a yet to-be-determined charity.

One of the industry's only pan-industry events, the Tri-Association Awards Dinner offers SIA, NBFAA and CSAA members an intimate atmosphere for networking with customers, honoring the award winners and enjoying an elegant affair with old friends.

The event will honor the 2005 Triton Award winner. Established in 2004, the Triton Award recognizes an individual inside or outside the security industry who, by their actions over a sustained period of time, has been instrumental in advancing the professionalism, quality, capabilities and awareness of enhanced security products and services. Ralph Sevinor, President of Lynn, MA-based Wayne Alarm Systems, Inc., was the first recipient of the Triton Award. A member and longtime supporter of all three Associations, Sevinor was a natural selection as first recipient.

SIA will also present its highest award - the George R. Lippert Memorial Award.
